Our skincare range is free of all nasty ingredients. This includes Parabens, SLS, nothing artificial or synthetic.

The Botanical Skincare is 100% Australian owned, operated and all products sourced within Australia. Everything about our range is Australian, right down to the ingredients to the packaging!

We use organic ingredients where possible however not all of our ingredients are organic and we aren't certified organic.

Shipping is FREE for all orders $50+ delivered in Australia.

At this stage no - We only offer shipping within Australia. However, if you are outside of Australia, please email us and we can provide a custom cost to ship internationally.

We ship all orders next day via Australia Post. All standard shipping orders will take 3-5 business days depending on your location:

QLD - 3 business days

Rest of Australia - 3 to 5 business days

Express Shipping orders will take 1 to 2 business days to arrive.

We will send you an email once your order has been placed which will include your tracking details. Make sure you provide your correct email at purchase to receive tracking details.

Unfortunately, our shipping times might be affected due to COVID19. There may be a slight delay on some orders. 

Email us at with the subject line "URGENT: CHANGE OF ADDRESS". If we have already sent your order you will not be able to changed your address. If your order is still in progress, we will endeavour to change the address. We will advise either way whether or not the address can be changed.

Any The Botanical Skincare item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase! In the unlikely case you need to return your item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We do not offer a refund on opened or used products.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is on the sender.
