Gua Sha is a practice that originates from traditional Chinese medicine and has been used within Chinese medicine for centuries as a way to encourage blood flow, assist with fluid retention and reduce puffiness. They’re also a great sculpting tool for your facial muscles as over time they can improve skin elasticity and the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

This Rose Quartz set has been handcrafted and is made from natural stone. This means no two products will look the same and imperfections may appear, but we believe the imperfections are part of their natural beauty. These tools are also very delicate and can break easily when dropped, so please handle with care.

For an added cooling and depuffing effect, we recommend keeping your Facial Roller and Gua Sha in the fridge.

How To Use Facial Roller:
Cleanse your face and apply a hydrating serum or facial oil. Starting with your neck and jaw, roll the Facial Roller in an outward motion moving towards your temples with gentle pressure. Use 3-5 times per area in order to help decrease puffiness and massage products into the skin.

How to Use Gua Sha:
Cleanse your face and apply a hydrating serum or oil. Hold the Gua Sha tool with the curved side to your face and glide it gently up and out, starting with the neck, jaw, chin and mouth area. Use 3-5 times per area in order to help relax the muscles and encourage better absorption of products.

Mix a small amount in your hand with water to form a paste. Apply to face and neck and leave on the skin for 10-20 minutes before rinsing off with water or face cloth. Use twice weekly.
